My name is Jonathan Nicholson and I am an independent English Chartered Accountant, living and working in the Cayman Islands through my company Financial Consulting & Accounting Ltd. (FCA Ltd.) 

I provide accounting services to local businesses and to offshore clients, particularly hedge funds and  trusts.  I also act as an independent director of offshore vehicles, principally hedge funds and structured investment vehicles (SIVs).

I qualified as a chartered accountant in England over 25 years ago and have worked for over 20 years in the Cayman Islands, firstly for KPMG as head of its Corporate Management department from 1984 to 1990; and then as Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust Company (Cayman) Limited from 1991 until 2003.  Click here for my C.V.
