Trust accounting is a complex area and routed in old
English trust law principles. Many trustees produce financial
statements which may be legally correct, but which do not provide a full
and detailed picture of the financial affairs of a trust structure as a
whole, in a readily understandable manner.
We believe, to be "true & fair",
that accounts should be presented in a way that is useful and meaningful to the
clients - not just for the trustee to discharge its fiduciary
responsibilities.
